Certified Fitness Trainer
and Health Coach
I grew up in a food-centric family. Some of my fondest and earliest memories are of me as I sat at the family dinner table each night with no phone, no tv, no distractions. My mother was my first culinary mentor, teaching me how to separate an egg, what a “pinch” of salt meant, and how to turn anything pulled from my fathers garden or fish he caught that morning, into a beautiful meal. I experimented with different cuisines, trying things I hated and tasted things I eventually came to love. As a family, we talked and we ate.
I received my BA and Masters Degree at the University of Central Florida. There I explored my love for Psychology and Non-Profit Management. After nearly two decades of service to the community, I have since went back to my roots of education and food, through nutrition. As a Certified Trainer and Health Coach, I addresses health concerns and work with members to make behavioral, nutritional and other changes in order to promote better health and wellness.
